  1. Return Eligibility

You may return products within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • The product is significantly different from the description
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is unused and in original packaging
  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with broken seals or packaging (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
  • Used or damaged products due to customer mishandling
  • Products without original packaging and accessories

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Send clear photos of the product and packaging (if defective/damaged)
  4. Wait for return approval and instructions
  5. Pack the product securely with all original accessories
  6. Ship the product to our return address (provided upon approval)
  7. Refund Process
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective
  1. Exchange Policy
  • We offer exchanges for defective products or wrong items delivered

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and video evidence
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping will be covered by ABDG
